His name is Gary Gould. Mr. Gould was canceled on Sept. 3, 1996. He was only a user of our system for 6 hours before he was caught and all privileges to our service were canceled. This person and the company that he represents, Softcell marketing, is continuing to spam from a new ISP daily. He is somehow getting our server name fraudulently into his email attacks which makes it appear as though he has some links to us (which he has not since Sept. 3). We have followed his escapades from ISP to ISP and have had him shut down, not to mention kicked off, of every ISP he has had. We have also had his domain, intmarketing.com, which was on a server in California taken down. If he continues to use nico.bway.net in his email headers we will soon be taking legal action against him. This person is marketing a software package which facilitates email spamming and should be treated on the Internet like a fox among sheep. The following is Gary Goulds' contact information so you can get in touch with him personally regarding his email attacks: Softcell marketing 250 East 39th Street Suite 3H New York, NY 10016 Telephone 212-953-5234 fax 212-973-1017 If you call--(and I'm not telling you to!) you might also want to speak with Martha Mai (his employee or partner). Her name and credit card information are frequently used in the opening of new accounts. Please do not reply to this letter. We have already been deluged by email relating to this spammer. We apologize for the inconvenience this spammer has caused to our subscribers. Bway normally protects the privacy of our clients, however we feel that by exposing this spammer we can prevent his further abuse of the internet.
